Responsible

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Professional and efficient management of business development process, including professional telephone communication, prospective client visitations, follow up written communication, site visits and surveys, tender briefing, management of P&L, creating proposals, solution presentations, preparation of service agreement, negotiation of contracts and management of the handover of successful contracts to operations.
Managing ongoing client relationship.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other assignments / projects as assigned by direct manager.

More qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant business development experience in solutions design with a range of large and complex clients.
Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in providing solutions for Engineering Services.
Experience in Business Projection/Feasibility Study, ROI assessment.
Experience in using Systems for Tracking Sales Performance (i.e. Salesforce).
Experience in solution selling for hotels, offices, condos and/or gated village.
Very good English and Thai Communication Skills and good coordination with the team.
Have own car.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Ability to create and deliver proposals/presentations.
